Scholarship Application

You may use this application form to apply for scholarships from The Rotary Club of Chariho and/or The Community 2000 Education Foundation.

Both organizations require recipients to be a resident of Charlestown, Hopkinton or Richmond. Criteria beyond residency are slightly different for the two organizations, and the applicant must decide if he/she will apply for scholarship support from one or both organizations.
