Community 2000 provides need-based scholarships for Charlestown, Hopkinton, and Richmond residents going on to college or technical schools.

Need-based Scholarship Awards

Community 2000-Dollars for Scholars "Need-based" scholarships are for residents of Charlestown, Hopkinton and Richmond going on to college or additional technical training.  Award winners typically are graduating high school seniors, and the scholarship is renewable annually.  The Community 2000 "Needs-based" endowment also includes funds targeted specifically to support graduates of the Chariho Career and Technical programs seeking additional technical training.  Scholarship awards may be for up to four years thereby providing the student continued support throughout their undergraduate term.  Students in undergraduate programs that require more than 4 years may apply for 5th and 6th year scholarships.

Culinary Scholarship Award
Community 2000-Dollars for Scholars "Need-based" Culinary scholarships  are for residents of Charlestown, Hopkinton and Richmond going on to college or additional technical training in the culinary field.

Career & Tech Scholarship Award

Community 2000 "Need-based Career & Tech"  scholarships are for residents of Charlestown, Hopkinton and Richmond going on to additional technical training in such fields as construction, electrical, automotive tech, etc.
